The Board of Directors of B2 Impact ASA has approved the Annual report for 2025.
There are no material adjustments in the final accounts compared with the preliminary financial statements published on 12 February 2026.
The Annual report 2025 including the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) is attached to this notice and is also available on the company's website, www.b2-impact.com
Furthermore, B2 Impact publishes its Remuneration report on leading personnel in compliance with section 6-16b of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act. The Sustainability statement and the Taxonomy report are integrated in the Annual Report.
