An Extraordinary General Meeting of B2 Impact ASA (OSE:B2I) will be held on Wednesday, 27 December 2023 at 09:00 am (CET). The Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting is attached.
The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting.
The Board requests shareholders to use the possibility of casting advance votes or voting by proxy or by virtual attendance. The guide for virtual attendance is set out in the Appendix to the Notice.
