Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of 4 September 2025 regarding the placement of a EUR 100 million senior unsecured bond, and of 15 January 2026 regarding the successful completion of a tap issue of EUR 200 million (the “Bond”).
The Bond will be listed with ISIN NO0013648998 on Euronext Oslo Børs on 20 February 2026.
