Oslo, 8 June 2016. Reference is made to the stock
exchange announcement published by B2Holding ASA
("B2Holding") yesterday regarding the final results of
the initial public offering of the shares in B2Holding
(the "Offering").
RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS has on 7 june 2016 sold 15.000.000
shares in B2Holding in the Offering at the offer price
NOK 12 per share.
In a group internal transaction, RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS
has the same day acquired 1.250.000 shares in
B2Holding from Cressida AS, 1.250.000 shares in
B2Holding from Portia AS, and 833.350 shares in
B2Holding from Viola AS. All shares were acquired from
wholly owned subsidiaries of RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS at a
price of NOK 12 per share.
Following completion of the Offering and the
acquisitions, RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS will hold
43.073.236 (11,8%) shares in B2Holding, Cressida AS
will hold 1.250.000 (0,34%) shares in B2Holding,
Portia AS will hold 1.250.000 (0,34%) shares in
B2Holding and Viola AS will hold 833.350 (0,23%)
shares in B2Holding. RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS and its
subsidiaries will in total hold 46.406.586 (12,7%)
shares in B2Holding.
Trygve Lauvdal, who is employed by RASMUSSENGRUPPEN
AS, is a member of the Board of Directors of B2Holding.
