Reference is made to the notice from 6 May 2020 regarding the annual general meeting of B2Holding ASA (OSE: B2H) to be held on Wednesday, 27 May 2020 at 09:00 am (CEST) in the offices of Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS in Haakon VIIs gate 10, 0161 Oslo, Norway. Due to the restrictions caused by Covid-19 and advice from the Norwegian authorities in connection therewith, all shareholders are encouraged to exercise their shareholder rights without physical attendance at the General Meeting and vote in advance or by proxy no later than 16:30 hours (CEST) on 25 May 2020 as described in the notice of the annual general meeting. The Notice was posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders on 6 May 2020 and are available on the company’s website www.b2holding.no.
