Reference is made to the Stock Exchange notice on August 30, 2019 disclosing that Valset Invest AS, a company controlled by Jon Harald Nordbrekken, Chairman of B2Holding ASA, entered into a forward contract for underlying 1.000.000 shares in B2H, with expiration February 28, 2020 at a forward price of NOK 7.10 at expiry date. The forward contract was settled today at a price of 7.08 per share. Following the transactions, Jon H. Nordbrekken and related party Valset Invest AS, hold 28.200.000 shares in B2H, equalling 6,88% of the shares and votes in the company.
